How should I price my items?
We suggest you set the price at 30% (or slightly less) of the retail value.  Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. 

How can I earn 100% commission of selling price?
All consignors can earn up to 100% of selling price. Commission starts at 55% for Option #1 with consignor earning 5% or 10% MORE when you volunteer a 4 or 8 hour shift at the sale. You also earn 2% MORE for each new referral you give us that consigns at least 50 items.  Everyone can earn 100% commission by volunteering 12 hours and referring 9 new consignors to us!  NEW 6% REFERRAL BONUS!  Don't wait, start telling your friends about the sale now!!!

I want to consign, but I don't have a computer at home?
If you do not have access to a computer for inputting your items,  we recommend that you take advanage of our Quick Drop Option and let us do all the work for you.  You will still recieve 30% of the selling price and can still earn referral fees and volunteer credit!

Can I use wire hangers?
No, but you can get plastic hangers at Walmart and Dollar General (10 for $1).  Juniors and maternity must be on adult size plastic hangers.  Children sizes 10 and under please use child sized hangers.  These can be found at the above mentioned stores as well as Target and Dollar Stores.  

Will my hangers be returned?
We are going to try and take clothes off the hangers at check out. Consignors that also volunteer at the sale will be able to take home approximately as many hangers as items you sold though they will not be your exact hangers.  This is subject to change at any time! 

Should I participate in 50% off Day?
We strongly encourage you to consider participating in 50% off Day.  When you enter your items, you can choose to mark all or just a few of your items by clicking the DISCOUNT box. The item(s) will sell at full price everyday except on Sunday. If the item(s) has not sold, it will automatically come up 1/2 price during Sunday's sale. (a red/black dot on the tags denotes the item is 1/2 off on Sunday as well as it is in the barcode). We can not make any changes during the sale. You must choose prior to printing your tags. No hand-applied DOTs allowed. You MUST choose when you enter your items in our on-line tagging system.

Why should I participate in more than one of your sales?
It make sense that the more people that see your items, the more sales you will make! You do not need to re-tag to consign at more than one of our sales!  It makes sense to pick them up and try again as different mom's attend each sale!  And it's soooo simple! Just make sure when you are tagging you DO NOT choose to donate; you 
CAN participate in 50% off day. Then when you pick up your clothes, you just register for the next sale, pay the  registration fee and then with just one click transfer all your unsold items to the new sale! Please remember that you can also bring them to the next seasons sales if they are season appropriate or save them 'til they are!!!! And of course, you can ADD more items to the next sale!

What if my item is not worth your minimum sales price of $2.00?
You can group items together to reach a sale value of $2.  Please rubber band the hangers together or put them in a Ziploc Bag so they will not get separated.  Please ask yourself...would I really pay $2 for this item????

Should I iron my clothes?
Wrinkled clothes do not sell! We will likely send them home to you if they are extremely wrinkled. Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell!  Wrinkle Release available at Walmart does seem to help some items lose the wrinkles.

SHOPPER QUESTIONS:

Can I bring children to the Pre-View Sale?
We strongly suggest that you NOT bring your children to the Pre-View Sale. Just bring a tape measure and their measurements and enjoy a mom's night out!  Also, strollers ARE NOT allowed at pre-sale as it will be too crowded.

How do I carry my clothes while I am shopping?
We will have a good number of IKEA blue bags available for your shopping pleasure! No need to bring a laundry basket!  We also have a HOLD AREA for large items. See a volunteer on the floor to put large items or full Ikea Bags on hold!

Do you allow strollers at the sale?
Stroller are allowed at the sale on FRIDAY after 12 Noon, all day SATURDAY & SUNDAY. However, NO strollers are allowed on Thursday during the Pre-Sale.  All strollers are subject to a stroller check at anytime. We also reserve the right to check any other bags that you may bring with you (diaper bag etc). 

Why do you have an Admission Fee?
Our entry fee is benefits the Anne Arundel County Food Bank (Glen Burnie); Carroll County Food Sunday (Westminster); Maryland Food Bank (Baltimore & Perryville), along with all food collected.  The fee is very small but is very important as hunger does not take a Holiday!  All Volunteers and Consignors get in FREE all days. 

If I pay to get in once, do I have to pay to get in another day again?
No, at checkout you will recieve a PASS to come back on Saturday for MomsFest and Sunday for 
50% off Price day!  Consigors/Volunteers and KIDS get in free all days!
